Established in 2021 by Elouise, Bodyworks Hastings goal has always been to promote personal physical health and well-being through massage therapy.

Since opening we have grown, to now be able to offer multiple therapies, from multiple therapists, all with their own specialities. This allows us more ways to find the right massage therapy for you.

Here at Bodyworks Hastings we offer a wide range of services, from sports massage & acupuncture to hot stone massage, there's something for everyone.

After your initial consultation your therapist will put together a personalised massage therapy tailored to the individuals needs.

We also are open evenings and weekends to accommodate for busy lifestyles.
